Training scholarships 
available for fall semester
 
     Tired of jobs offering little or no opportunity for growth and development? If so, learn more about Mobile Works' training scholarships in aviation, maritime, transportation, healthcare, advanced manufacturing and construction. "Our partnerships with area colleges and schools allow job seekers to position themselves for jobs that lead to a career," states Sydney Raine, Mobile Works president.   
 
   Job seekers interested in applying for a skills training scholarship must meet the following criteria:   

· receive admission to preferred program of choice
· meet Mobile Works' eligibility requirements
 
     Applications to receive training will be available at Mobile Works' office located in the Alabama Career Center at 515 Springhill Plaza Court, Mobile, AL 36608. Job seekers interested in receiving training in the following programs of study MUST apply on the following dates: 
 
Tuesday, June 28-Thursday, June 30
Bishop State Community College:
Air Conditioning/Refrigeration, Automotive Technology, Diesel Mechanic/Technology, Electrical Technology, Truck Driving (CDL), Machine Tool Technology, Nursing, Plumbing, Welding
 
Friday, July 1
Alabama Aviation Center of Mobile: 
Airframe and Power Plant Technician (Aviation Mechanic), Avionics; 
 
Wednesday, July 6
Fortis College:
EMT 
 
Thursday, July 7
Premier Driving Academy:
Truck Driving CDL
